Internships

CUNY Students | Employers

The CISDD Career Center website was created to bring students and employers together. Students post their resumes on the Career Center website and the employers we work with are given access to this website to view student's resumes and contact them for interviews.
Note: This website provides information and services for current CUNY students only.

Upcoming Pre-Screening Sessions
Please click here to see upcoming pre-screening dates.

Pre-screenings are located at the CISDD Office, 101 W 31st Street, 7th Floor in Manhattan. These screenings are required in order to have your resume approved into our database.
In order to be eligible for our internship opportunities you must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Register for a Career Center account and complete an online resume builder.

  2. After fully completing and submitting your resume online you MUST come to a pre-screening session. If you fail to do so, your resume will not be made available to the employers that we work with. We can only meet with you at one of the designated pre-screening sessions. Walk-ins to our office at any other time will not be seen.

The pre-screenings will be 10-15 minutes long. Pre-screenings will be formal and are required in order to have your resume uploaded and approved on our web site. Interviews are held at CISDD, 101 West 31st Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001.

  3. After successfully completing steps one and two, your resume will be approved and posted for various CUNY-sponsored internship opportunities and industry partner positions.

Note: We will NOT approve any resumes with spelling or grammatical errors! If you need help creating or improving your resume, please visit our resume resources webpage.
