Workforce Development

CISDD's workforce development initiatives include technical training for CUNY students, faculty and unemployed, underemployed, dislocated as well as incumbent workers. Training classes are offered in a wide range of technologies such as Java, SQL Server, VB.NET and computer security and are designed to give participants the most up-to-date knowledge in order to help them secure employment or increase their skills. Classes are taught by experienced industry professionals in a lab setting and each student is provided his/her own computer.
