Technical Training


CISDD works closely with federal, state, and professional organizations to obtain grants for software research, product development, and technical training programs. CISDD uses this funding to help foster economic development in New York City in a variety of ways, such as sponsoring the research and development of new and useful technology and providing well-trained IT professionals to the ever-expanding software industry workforce.

CISDD also offers CUNY students a wide array of technical training programs which provides valuable instruction in everything from the most basic of computer skills to the latest in cutting-edge technology. Students can participate in a number of courses which will help them gain the necessary tools to excel in today's competitive job market, ensuring an easy transition from the classroom to the real world workplace.
